Member of the Supreme Political Council, Lieutenant General Sultan Al-Sami, called on the security services in Sanaa to release the innocent and vulnerable.

Al-Sama’i said he had communicated years ago with relevant parties in Taiz governorate, which is under the control of the other party, to release an Ansar Allah woman they were detaining, stressing that she was released immediately.

Al-Samaie said, in a tweet published by his press office on the “X” platform: “Years ago, the leader of the revolution asked me to contact my acquaintances in Taiz to release an Ansar Allah woman they were detaining. I contacted one of the leaders of the other side and she was released immediately.”

He added: “In Sanaa, we have been following the cases of detained women, some of whom have been detained for years, and we have not been able to find out which security agency is holding them. »

Al-Samaie considered that what the security services, which he described as “stupid”, are committing against the population is shameful, calling for the release of the innocent and vulnerable.
